Objection to annual performance evaluations should first be made to the relevant Dean. If the result does not change after the objection made to the Dean, the faculty member can submit his/her objection to the Vice President for Academic Affairs (VPAA). VPAA evaluates the reports of faculty members by taking into account the objection received.

The final evaluation is made at the meeting where the President, the Dean and the HR Director are present. In this meeting, evaluations of both the Dean and the VPAA are discussed and the President makes the final decision.

If an objection is raised against the final decision as a result of this meeting, the objection should be made to the President.
